The Steel Fin is in the heart of Topsail Island. Relax and enjoy the endless ocean views, beautiful sunrises, and spacious beaches from your own private access. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been completely renovated with all new furnishing in 2023. Located only 3 miles south of the Surf City Bridge, you’ll experience the convenience of all the island has to offer.
On the Ground Level access to the house is through a wet/dry entry with a full 2 car garage and 3 additional outdoor parking spots.
On the First Level you can wake up in one of 3 ocean front bedrooms: King with Master Bath and Walk-In closet, Queen and 2 Doubles with shared bath. All bedrooms share an adjoining deck overlooking the scenic beach and Smart TVs.
The spacious master suite with adjoining master bath includes a comfortable King bed, 55” flatscreen TV and workspace for those who want to extend their vacations into a multiweek retreat.
Head up to the Second Level featuring an open concept floor plan with wall-to-wall ocean views, dining area that seats 6, countertop breakfast bar that seats 4, Queen bedroom, full bath, and living room with a 70” Smart TV.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund of amount payable if you cancel within 120 days of arrival date.
- 50% refund of amount payable if you cancel within 45-120 days of arrival date
- No Refund if you cancel within 45 days of arrival
*Reservations cancelled outside of 45 days will be refunded the deposit minus the reservation fee and associated taxes. The reservation fee is nonrefundable.
